Hatha and Yin Yoga
Invest in your well being. This is a mixed ability yoga class. Learn to relax and destress with yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathing, the mind and body in harmony for a whole sense of well being, whilst stimulating the nervous system and improving circulation, building confidence, calming the mind and body. We will be practicing social distance and awareness.
