Mindful Hatha Yoga
Jos teaches steady, mindful Hatha yoga which gives space to pause, breathe and reflect upon how our body is responding to each movement. Yoga encourages flexibility, balance and strength but it also helps us to listen inwards to our body. In this busy world of 24/7 stimulation we tend to live inside our minds and we lose connection to our body. Yoga brings us back to our physicality and our hearts. It teaches us to stretch, pause, breathe and be mindful of each precious, present moment. The physical act of balancing helps us to feel more balanced emotionally; the development of muscular and skeletal strength feeds our inner resilience and courage. Yoga can be transformational, a real journey of physical discovery and mental well being.
