If you are looking to maintain / improve mobility, bone health, balance and alleviate joint related issues the Pilates is for you! Suitable for all levels of fitness, whether new to

exercise or want to try something different.

The sessions will run monthly and will be working towards:

  • improving your posture
  • developing total body strength
  • developing a better awareness of your own body
  • utilising the correct muscles for the exercise
  • getting your body to move

4 week block payment £30 (non-refundable) payable in advance. If you are a new memeber and don’t enjoy your first session the monies will be fully refunded. Bring alomg water and wear comfortable clothing, for example jogging bottoms and a breathable top.
